Built by an engineer,
driven by a problem.

Etherwise started with a simple question: why are smart businesses still doing dumb, repetitive work by hand?

Founder, Etherwise

Building the operational backbone for businesses that refuse to scale on duct tape.

Etherwise exists because I watched the same thing happen inside business after business.

Good companies, real revenue, smart teams. And underneath all of it, operations held together by spreadsheets, copy-paste, and one person who knew how the whole thing worked. Growth didn't make it better. Growth made it worse. Every new client meant more admin, not more margin.

The wild part is that none of it was a technology problem. The tools already existed. What was missing was someone who would sit with the business long enough to see where the real pain was, and then actually build the fix instead of handing over a slide deck.

I started Etherwise to be that. No strategy docs. No half-built prototypes. We go in, find the workflows that are silently costing the business hours every week, and replace them with systems that run on their own and keep running when nobody is watching.

Three years and 3,000+ workflows later, the belief that started all of this is stronger, not weaker. Most businesses don't need more headcount. They need the work that shouldn't require a human to stop requiring one. That is what we build.

What makes us different.

01

We build and deploy.

Not consultants who hand you a strategy doc. We scope, build, test for edge cases, deploy to production, document everything, and train your team.

02

You work with the founder.

I'm involved in every engagement: scoping, architecture, and review. The person who designs your system has built 3,000+ of them.

03

We've seen what breaks at scale.

Most agencies build for 10 records. We build for 10,000. We know which edge cases bite in month three, and we engineer around them from day one.

04

Documentation is not optional.

Every build comes with Loom walkthroughs, naming conventions, and SOPs. Your team should be able to understand and maintain what we build.

We serve businesses across

Healthcare · Coaching · Publishing · Media · Real Estate · E-Commerce · Home Services · SaaS · Education · Professional Services

From solo founders to 200+ person companies. US, UK, Netherlands, Australia, Italy, and growing.
